Wunderschön

Gefällt mir sehr gut und sieht schön aus. Der Haarreif drückt nicht beim tragen und sieht wunderschön aus. Wie eine kleine Krone ☺️

product is ok customer service not so good

received product damaged. contacted customer service they promised to send me a replacement. after following up for a week without anyone response. I still haven't heard from them about my replacement. The product is very pretty but it doesn't fit properly on your head, doesn't stay and keep falling off. Even with the adjustment they suggest you to do. every time when I take it off my head it always get tangle with your hair.

Sieht sehr schön aus, aber reißt Haare aus

Der Haarreif ist wirklich wunderschön, die Steine sehen auch nicht zu auffällig beziehungsweise falsch aus. Allerdings sind sie in kleine Metallfassungen eingefasst, an denen sämtliche Haare hängen bleiben. Ich habe mir ziemlich viele Haare ausgerissen letztes Mal, als ich die Haare offen gelassen habe. Einen Haarreif, den ich nur aufsetzen kann, wenn ich einen festen Pferdeschwanz mache, finde ich sinnlos.
